Team development and conflict solving

  • Often, company success fails due to dysfunctional relationships and conflict-fostering communication between collaborating individuals. Especially when different generations, socalizations and cultural backgrounds come together in a work community, mutual understanding is challenging. The active management of relationships and communication becomes a task that is often underestimated. I support the establishment and the development of a team and offer mid- to long-term consulting for companies. In workshops, group trainings, facilitated group discussions and conflict management/mediation I work with you on stable and harmonious team relationships. Psychological safety, culture of feedback and learning (instead of failure) and mutual support and development are core components of this and will become increasingly important in the future. In the context of startups, 50% is invested in the idea and 50% in the team of the startup. This fact illustrates the importance of a well-functioning team in which good (digital) communication is the daily basis of work.
