Which emotions influence your decisions? We analyze your conscious and unconscious decision-making processes. I work with you to become “master of your emotions and thoughts”. To do this, I use techniques of emotion regulation, building functional coping strategies and know-how on psychological processes of decision making. You can’t control everything, but you can gain more autonomy over your thoughts and emotions.
Especially when it comes to buying and selling decisions in the area of finance and investments, it pays to keep a cool head and therefore invest in emotion management instead of paying dearly for affect actions afterwards.

Who do you want to become? Where else do you want your personal life journey to go? We analyze your personal strengths, character traits and resources that will help you achieve your goals. Together we set up action plans to replace old habits with new beneficial ones. This can be, for example, the development of a morning routine that brings clarity, strength and a growth mindset into your daily life.

Together we look at the relationships in your life that you would like to build or strengthen. For example, partnership, family and friendship relationships and team/work relationships. To do this, we will work on self-perception, perception of others, and how to identify and communicate your needs. It all starts with your relationship with yourself.
